L7 Training will target 7 areas of improvement for today s athlete: Speed, Agility, Strength, Skills, Nutrition, Spiritual Growth, and Spiritual Life. L7 Training was built from the Biblical principle in 1 Timothy 4:8 - For physical training is of some value, but training in Godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. There are plenty of programs that can improve your physicality; but without a training program that focuses on the whole athlete (especially training in Godliness), there is little hope for significance beyond the field of play.
